NHMA and the NHMA Affiliate Network (collectively reffered to as, "NHMA") operate together to provide our clients with the most comprehensive network of relocation and real estate services possible. Any person accessing or using the NHMA Website www.nhmaprogram.com shall be for the purposes of this document referred to as “you”.

You are strictly prohibited from downloading (other than page caching) modifying, or making any other use of the NHMA content, except with express written consent of NHMA. This Terms of Use is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, U.S.A. without regard to conflicts of laws principles. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts sitting in Texas, County of Travis and in all disputes arising out of or relating to accessing or using of NHMA’s content and or website or services. Remedy
